The Project

With wide views across the surrounding landscape, every partof this pool boundary was considered around what needed to be seen and whatneeded to be defined. Frameless glass keeps the outlook completely open acrossthe key sightlines, while Piha Fin Panels bring a stronger architectural rhythmto the remaining edges without closing the landscape away.

Project Features
  • Frameless glass positioned along the key landscape views
  • Tekapo spigots keep the glass fixing minimal and unobtrusive
  • Piha Fin Panels use wider 50 x 25mm vertical aluminium fins for a more     architectural profile
    95mm spacing through the Piha panels maintains openness while clearly defining the pool boundary
    Two distinctly different systems used intentionally around the same pool area
    Piha’s vertical lines frame the landscape while the glass leaves the primary outlook uninterrupted
